We recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a jacket, and a camera or phone. During whale watching season, conditions offshore can be cooler than on land. 

Our whale watching adventures are approximately 2 hours.

While humpback whales are the highlight during migration season, guests may also see dolphins, turtles, seabirds, flying fish, and other marine wildlife. 

Yes. A fully functioning marine toilet is available onboard for guest comfort. 

Absolutely. Our tours are family-friendly and suitable for children of all ages. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. 

Guest safety is our highest priority. If conditions are unsuitable for operating, we may postpone or cancel a trip. Guests will be offered an alternative date or a refund in accordance with our booking terms. 

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and boarding. 

Our tours depart from Ballina. Full departure and parking information will be provided in your booking confirmation. 

Yes. Our vessel is available for private charters including whale watching, river cruises, sunset cruises, school groups, corporate events, celebrations, and special occasions.

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. A warm dry jacket is recommended, particularly during whale watching season. 

Of course! We encourage guests to bring cameras and phones. Our crew are also happy to help you spot wildlife and capture memorable moments.
